Due to the Covid-19 virus, the Kelowna & District Genealogical Society has decided to cancel the ‘Family History Forums’ as well as the ‘Genealogist in Residence service’ until further notice – both of which are held at the downtown public library. We are very sorry for this drastic action but we feel it is best for everyone to stay safe and healthy and not jeopardize anyone.
Our meetings held at the Kelowna Canadian Italian Club are also cancelled until further notice.
There are plenty of free webinars if you feel you cannot do without some kind of learning over the next few weeks or write a few 500 word stories about yourself for your children.
