Help Make Bill 126 Law!
Bill 126 – An Act to Protect Ontario’s Inactive Cemeteries was introduced at the Ontario Legislature on November 2, 2010. The Bill prohibits the relocation of inactive cemeteries despite anything to the contrary in another Act or regulation dealing with cemeteries.
